Clean and grate all the veggies
In a mortar crush ginger and green chili
Mix flours and spices and also wayer little by little and make semi thick batter. Not very thick or very watery
Keep this for 10mins
Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin and let it crackel
Now add crushed ginger and green chili and saute for 5 mins
Then add all the spices to it and saute for a min
Add all the grated veggies and saute and cook up to properly done
Don't add any water. All are grated so it will be cook easily. Still u cook it covering all the time.
Switch off the gas and keep aside
In a non stick tawa pour 1ladel of batter and make thim crepe or dosa. Spread very little around the crepe and let it cook.
Don't make crispy. If it is crispy then we can't stuff it. The crepe should be cooked properly but again it has to be soft
Remove from gas and place on a plate. Stuff the vegetable stuffing and roll it
It is very good breakfast or school lunch box.
